Service Agreement
By scheduling a repair with Top Appliance Repair, you agree to these terms. We provide appliance repair services in the San Francisco Bay Area on a per-job basis.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided upfront after diagnosis. A diagnostic fee applies and is waived if you approve the repair. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.
Warranty
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, or unrelated failures.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe access to the appliance and work area. An adult (18+) must be present during the service call.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
