    Cancellation Policy

    We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge.

    Cancellation Fees

    • 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
    • Less than 24 hours: A $25 cancellation fee may apply
    • No-show: The full diagnostic fee will be charged

    Refund Policy

    If you are not satisfied with a repair, please contact us within 90 days. Our warranty covers parts and labor, and we will make it right at no additional cost.

    Refund Eligibility

    • Repairs that fail within the 90-day warranty period
    • Parts that are defective upon installation
    • Services not rendered as described

    Non-Refundable

    • Diagnostic fees when repair is declined
    • Issues caused by misuse or unrelated problems
    • Pre-existing conditions discovered during repair
