At Top Appliance Repair, we prioritize transparency in all our repair services. Our pricing is based on the cost of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and the labor involved. We provide a thorough diagnostic service to identify any issues and determine if parts need replacement.
If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic service is FREE. However, if you decide not to move forward, a $90 diagnostic fee will apply.
For appliances that require multiple repairs, we offer a combined quote that includes the total labor cost and the price of any replacement parts. After the diagnostic, we'll provide you with a detailed estimate covering all labor and parts costs — no hidden fees will be applied.

We charge a flat rate of $90 for a service call, which includes:
This fee is waived if the repair is completed. If the repair isn't possible due to unavailable parts or it's not cost-effective, our technician will inform you. In such cases, you'll only be charged the $90 service call fee unless you choose to proceed with the repair, regardless of our recommendation.
